Part of the farm consists of a beautiful and cosy group accommodation, which is for rent for trainings, retreats, workweeks, reunions and more. The space is located in a reconstructed part of the building and available for groups up to 15 people. By hiring 3 or 4 other apartments in the farm (possible to rent one by one) + the treehouse and the Finnish Kota, we can house groups up to 30 people. When arriving with a group you have your own terrace and private spaces.
Further more we offer tranquil retreats, organic meals, coaching, sound healings, massages and cranio-sacral treatments.

Arrangement of groupaccommodation

The downstairs living and working area is a 7,5 by 11 square meter area full of light and a free middle part of 7,5 by 6 square meter. The floor is laid out in wood and there are many windows. The space is heated by a hot-air heating system and has a open fireplace installed. Next to the living is a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, 6-pan stove and an electrical oven). This kitchen and the living are openly connected to each other. There is a seperate professional kitchen available for rent on the other side of the hallway.

Further down the hallway there are 2 toilets and a bathroom with 2 showers. Upstairs a new shower- and toiletblock is build, right next to the  bedrooms. The bedrooms consist of 3 small and simple sleepingcells with a 2 person bed in it (for couples or someone who snores for example), a larger room with 3 boxsprings and a sink and a spacious renovated attic with 8 single beds. You can gain access to the sleepingcells via the larger room or the attic. The attic is also suitable as a second working area. The bedrooms in de groupaccommodation are sober, the matrasses comfortable. If you would like more privacy and personal comfort, we advice you to rent one or more private appartments with their own bathroom. These are located in the building next to the groupaccommodation.

Present: piano, stereo, dishwasher, microwave, whiteboard (bring your own markers), one childrensbed (second one for rent), cod, duvets, blankets and extra matrasses. Television, dvd-recorder, flipover, yoga mats and meditationpillows and -stools available on request.
Bring yourself: bedsheets, matrascovers, pillowcases, towels (all of this for rent as well), during selfcare rental also teatowels, toiletpaper and dishwasher washingup. .

Christmas holidays and deviating periodes Possible fees and extra's

During Withsunday-, Ascention Day- and Christmas holidays: €45,- per day on top of summerrate.
When booking for a group over 15 people in the groupspace, there is an extra fee of €15,- per weekend/midweek per extra person or €30,- per week per extra person. These prices include the final cleaning (for a weekend of longer), heating and electra and are excl. firewood (€5,- per big basket) and tourismfee (€1,- p.p.p.n.).
Renting the large professional kitchen is possible for €145,- per weekend, €175,- per midweek and €275,- per week (when leaving neatly).

When wished upon we offer entire catering (vegetarian and mainly organic meals, ) for €37,50 p.p.p.d,. based on a minimum of 10 people. This includes well taken care of organic basic meals and coffee and tea and is based on setting the table and doing the dishes yourself. Extra options in consultation with the chef, please do so in time. If your group is staying with us on a regular basis, discounts are possible. Mentioned rates are for individuals and include BTW (VAT). Rates for organisations and businesses on request and excl. BTW (VAT). For a training, wedding or special occasion we do tailor-made offers.    
Over time several choirs come to us on a regular basis for a weekend of practice. The accoustics in our groupspace turn out to be really good. Some larger choirs also use the cozy dome church down the forest lane, only a 3 minutes walk away from us. The church has a beautiful clear and full accoustics, which makes it possible for us to accommodate larger choirs as well as smaller ones. 

The new 'kulturhus' also offers space for larger groups (9,5 by 14 square meters). It is just a 3 minute walk through the forest lane from Erve Veldink and available for all kinds of activities such as yoga, dance or sport and games. More information, also about the dome church: www.stieltjen.nl

15% last-minute discount on the groupaccommodation: within a month from now. In Januari and February this discount is 10% due to higher heating costs.

Reservations

Your reservation, whether by phone or email, should be confirmed within a week by prepaying 50% of the total costs to bankaccountnumber NL31 INGB 0002 5118 59, to Erve Veldink, Haarlo. Please mention your reservation date on the payment. The other 50% of the costs need to be payed off two weeks prior to your arrival.

For cancellations up to 4 months upon arrival we charge 10% of the total costs. After that we charge 50%.
